Why ServiceNow?

What You Get

Enterprise ITSM integration with ServiceNow ITOM and Security Operations. Piscium creates and manages Change Requests, Incidents, and Vulnerability Response records with full exposure context. CMDB asset enrichment keeps the ServiceNow asset inventory synchronized with Piscium's continuously updated discovery data.

Why Integrate

Large enterprises run remediation through ServiceNow change management workflows. Piscium meets teams where they work — creating properly categorized, pre-approved change requests with all the evidence auditors and CAB reviewers need, eliminating manual ticket creation and reducing mean time to remediate.

Example Scenario

Piscium discovers that a critical SCADA server is running an end-of-life Windows Server version with multiple validated exploitable paths from the corporate network. A ServiceNow Change Request is automatically created under the OT Security category with a pre-populated risk assessment, affected CI from the CMDB, remediation steps, and a proposed maintenance window. After the OT team upgrades the server during the approved window and closes the CR, Piscium verifies the exposure is eliminated and updates the Vulnerability Response record.
